Can I cancel my order?
you can not cancel an order.
What is your return policy?
We provide customers with store credit if merchandise is returned to us within 15 days of the customer having received it. We do NOT provide refunds or return labels, customers are responsible for all return fees. Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Bodysuits/Bathing Suit, accessories, handbag, white and any variations of white(for example CREAM, OFF WHITE) items are ALL final sale. More information can be found online:

I received an item and it's damaged.
Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, via email shop@hipsapparel.com so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to assist. Please do not send any item back that is damaged as we will not accept it without prior notification.
I received my package a while ago, but I just tried on the items and want to exchange or noticed a defect!
We kindly ask that you try on and inspect your items as soon as they are received. We do not accept returns past the 2 week mark or damaged item claims past 24 hours from receiving the items. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I washed my item and now it is damaged.
We recommend following the washing instructions on the label attached inside the item. Once an item has been worn or washed, we will no longer accept your claim or return. Ownership transfers completely from our business to consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions.
We kindly ask that you inspect all items before wearing or washing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday). Fulfillment center are closed on weekends and holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.
My package has been lost/stolen . What should I do?
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS ; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.
We will not look into stolen/lost packages claims if they are not reported within 3 days of the tracking number stating the package has been delivered.
I need to send an item back for store credit or an exchange. How do I do this?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Packages must be mailed back via UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or any major shipping company. We do not accept packages in person in our store.
Why am I being charged Sales Tax on an online order?
In 2021 many states across the nation passed laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax. We are expected to comply with these laws and collect the appropriate tax for each state the order is purchased from even if we do not have a physical storefront in that state.

Unfortunately we do not ship overnight or express.
